A home textile product carries the warmth of the family and the poetry of living, and drives the development of the economy and the realization of employment. Home textiles Home textiles, spinning for home. As one of the three major terminal fields of textiles, home textiles face thousands of households. It is an important focus for the industry to create a better life for the people and serve the overall situation of common prosperity. It is an industry full of happiness, value and responsibility. It is a great pleasure to be with you today to participate in this conference that carries happiness, value and responsibility. But caring about the path from which it came, the sky is green and green. A century of changes has continued to evolve. In the Sino-US trade conflict and the impact of the new crown epidemic, the home textile industry has gone through a very extraordinary and difficult journey. Strong storms, but see the concentration. Under the leadership of the sixth council, the Home Textiles Association has carried out fruitful work with extraordinary wisdom and courage. The industry has gone through many fogs, overcome various risks, and achieved stable and healthy development in an uncertain and unstable external environment.

Over the past 6 years, the association has always been of the same mind with the people, with the country in mind, and the work of the industry shows a sense of overall responsibility. The association strengthens the leadership of the party, bears in mind the original mission, speaks for the enterprise, helps the industry, and shares the responsibility for the government, and guides the industry to serve the prosperity of the country, the rejuvenation of the nation, and the happiness of the people. Scientifically formulate and pragmatically promote industrial development plans and outlines, actively promote the implementation of national policies in the industry, and actively guide the deep integration of industrial economy and regional economy. The healthy development of the industry has made important contributions to stabilizing the economy, safeguarding people's livelihood, promoting employment and preventing risks

In the past 6 years, the association has always kept pace with the times and is determined to innovate. The industry work shows a professional spirit. The association insists on innovation-driven development. Promote cross-industry cooperation, adapt to changes in lifestyles and scenarios, from "a piece of cloth" to "one home", the concept of "big home" is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, and the market space is more open; promote industry design innovation and quality innovation, strengthen guidance and cultivation, master , big names, and major events have achieved fruitful results, and the quality conference of the home textile industry has led the industry; promoted the industry's innovative development model, and the digital and green transformation has flourished.

In the past 6 years, the association has always been with enterprises to create common prosperity, and the industry work shows a kind of platform value. The association actively safeguards the common interests of the industry, reflects the development demands of the industry, establishes a correct image of the industry, and creates a good environment. Efforts will be made to promote upstream and downstream linkages and promote domestic and foreign circulation. Strengthen the support and empowerment of enterprises, help resolve difficulties such as operation obstruction, and ensure the safety and stability of the industrial chain. Focus on basic capacity building and promote high-quality and sustainable development of the industry. The leading role of leading enterprises has been continuously enhanced, and new specialized enterprises have emerged rapidly.

With the innovative services of Mingdao, excellent technique and Hezhong, the association practices the original intention of starting a business, the ingenuity of professionalism and the public spirit of the industry. The development in the past six years has laid a solid foundation for the stable and long-term development of the industry. Here, I would like to pay tribute to all colleagues who have contributed to the development of the home textile industry.

Since the beginning of this year, the external environment has become more complicated, and some unexpected factors have exceeded expectations. The conflict between Russia and Ukraine is tense, and the game between China and the United States is intensifying. Geopolitics has become an important source of turbulence and risk for industrial development. The prices of crude oil, cotton and other commodities have risen sharply, trade has been blocked, consumption has been sluggish, and the development of enterprises has been under enormous pressure. Domestic new crown epidemics are frequent, and the epidemic area is highly overlapping with industrial towns and key markets, which is causing a greater impact on the industry. Under the new situation, ensuring the stable development of the industry is not only a practical need to help companies cope with the triple pressure of demand contraction, supply shocks, and weakening expectations, but also a strategic requirement to ensure the stability of the entire economy and society and steadily promote common prosperity. Strengthening industry services around seeking progress while maintaining stability is an important mission of our industry work.

It is hoped that under the leadership of the new council, the Home Textiles Association will have the courage to take responsibility, act actively, face difficulties, carry forward the past, and open up a new situation for the smooth operation, transformation and upgrading of the industry and high-quality development.

Here, I would like to raise three expectations around the industry work after the home textile association is re-elected.

First, the work of the industry must climb to a higher level, be clear-headed, and serve the country's strategy and overall situation. Adhere to the leadership of party building, cherish the "big man of the country", and fully release the important role of industry development in maintaining social stability, ensuring people's livelihood and employment, promoting regional development, and serving rural revitalization. Strengthen industry research and situation research and judgment, help enterprises understand the trend and strengthen their confidence in development.

The second is to expand the scope of industry work, maintain integrity and innovation, and extend the field and scope of services. While serving manufacturing enterprises, brand enterprises, and industrial clusters, industry services should also be extended to the consumer level to accelerate the formation of consumer-oriented solutions. It is necessary to strengthen cross-border cooperation, improve the overall and systematic nature of services with efficient coordination of resources, and do a good job in this article on big home in the big integration.

The third is that the industry work should be deeply excavated, intensively cultivated, and improve the quality and connotation of development.
